What I hope to portray in my photo essay is how sports can positively impact ones mental health.
Some of the ways I will create this will be by stating facts about the issue of metal illnesses. I will be pairing those facts with creative pictures of high and low feelings, along with action photos of sports. I will bring in some props such as different sports equipment, and people.
